About LS Nutrition

Welcome! I’m Louise – qualified nutritionist (ANutr, MSc) and passionate chef based in Richmond, London.

I believe nutrition is key to both our physical and mental health as well as our overall wellbeing. I have felt these positive effects in my own life and have seen them transform my clients’ lives. I also attended Leith’s cooking school, love to cook and know from experience that just because a recipe is healthy doesn’t mean it has to be bland! Food should make us feel happier and healthier.

My goal is to help people to improve their health and happiness through nutrition. Whether that be by providing clear evidence-based advice and ongoing support during individual consultations, improving office canteen menus or creating reliable and trustworthy nutritional content for brands.

Please get in touch if you would like to work together.

Louise’s story

Prior to founding LS Nutrition, Louise spent 5 years working within finance. This experience has allowed her to understand the stresses and restraints of the corporate world and the effect this can have on our health and energy. She is excellent at adapting plans to suit busy and time-limited lifestyles.

Louise focuses on analysing the research to create an evidence-based nutrition approach tailored to your specific needs, all the while making sure this translates into eating delicious meals.

Food brings us together with friends and family, it helps us exercise, think clearly and generally allows us to make the most of life.

Nutrition should be simple, enjoyable and absolutely evidence-based. No fad-diets, crazy juices or ‘weight-loss’ teas will be found in Louise’s consultations. Her approach will empower you to take control of your own body and help you to reach your goals, using a sustainable and realistic approach.

Louise’s aim is to give you the knowledge to maintain a healthy mind and body, whatever life may throw at you!
