Welcome, I’m Louise

I am a qualified nutritionist (ANutr, MSc) based in Richmond, London and I provide evidence-based advice to my clients. I work on the basis that every client is an individual, facing unique challenges and opportunities, and should be treated as such – there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach in my consultations.

I provide my clients with simple and achievable tailored advice to help them reach their personal health goals. My aim is to find out what works best for you and make sure these changes are maintainable in the long term.
