Comprehensive Approach
Nutrition is a cornerstone, life-changing habit and addressing it is key to improving our health. I also believe that considering other factors is important. Stress, sleep, lifestyle and exercise play a crucial role in our wellbeing, and these impact on our eating habits. In my practice, I use a comprehensive and integrative approach to health in order to gain the best results possible to match a client’s goals.

Moving towards a healthy and happy life does not mean turning your world upside down. I believe in building upon your individual habits and activities to enhance your health. This makes the process much more enjoyable and sustainable. Most importantly, it means that is it personalised to your own lifestyle and routine.
Goal Orientated
There are so many generic health and nutrition books out there, most of which hold a wealth of useful information, however, translating that information into easy and maintainable habits to enhance your own life can be tough. I use my expertise and experience in nutrition to help you, as an individual, reach your health goals: whether this be weight loss, conditioning for a sports event, or just feeling more energised.

THE PROCESS
How it works
I work with my clients online as well as in their homes, depending on their location and preference. During my consultations, I use an integrative and non- judgemental approach to help address health concerns.
STEP 1
Free Discovery Call
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to new clients with no obligation for further commitment. During the call, we’ll discuss your health challenges and concerns as well as future goals.
You will find out how I can help you to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle and together, we can decide if I’m a good fit for you.
STEP 2
Initial Session
Before our first session, I will ask you to complete an initial assessment form. This will include information about your eating patterns, medical history and lifestyle.
During our session I will explore these areas further to gain a comprehensive understanding and develop simple, achievable steps to reach your goals.
STEP 3
Ongoing Support
Depending on your health goals, we may need follow-up sessions so that you have the help and accountability needed.
Generally, healthy habits and sustainable results don’t happen overnight. The timing of these sessions is specific to each client and we will discuss this so that you feel comfortable and supported.

These are some of the features that I include in my nutrition practice that will help you achieve your goals.
Goal setting
In our initial session, we will work collaboratively to identify clear and achievable goals. During the course of our time together, we will review your progress and if appropriate, set new goals to keep you moving forward.
Education handouts and worksheets
After each session, as well as an email recap with actionable nutrition and lifestyle goals, you will receive relevant resources to
supplement our sessions. These may be simple and tasty recipes, easy-to-follow meal plans, information handouts or homework sheets.
Tailored action plan
You will receive a detailed, action-orientated nutrition and lifestyle plan, which includes a recap of what we have discussed in our session. Follow-up sessions will include a review of your plan to see what is working and any additions that are necessary to further your progress.
Email support between sessions
Email me anytime between sessions if questions and concerns arise in your day to day life. I believe it’s important that you feel supported throughout your journey. Everyone has difficult days and having someone on hand is essential.
